Can I choose my own repair shop?
Yes. You have the right to take your vehicle to any auto body repair shop you choose, and your insurance company must cover the reasonable cost of repairs.
Do I have to pay my deductible when I drop off my car?
No. Your deductible will be due after the services have been completed, at the time of vehicle delivery
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We work with most insurance companies and we help expedite the claims process.
How long will the collision repair take?
Repair times vary depending on the damage of the car.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. All repairs have warranties as long as you own the vehicle.
How will I be kept informed about my vehicle's repair status?
We will provide clear communication throughout the repair process, giving you routine updates on the progress of your vehicle.
Do you offer rental cars?
Yes. Usually, Enterprise or Hertz will meet you here. Once the repairs are done, you can leave the rental car here.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Our estimates are all free! We offer walk-in estimates during our office hours.
